1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 33wwin. These Terms take effect from the date you first access or register an account on the platform.

By using the 33wwin platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements as stipulated;
• The information you provide during registration is true, complete and up to date;
• You are playing in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

2Account Eligibility

The 33wwin platform is open only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. 33wwin does not permit any underage individual to use the platform, including merely browsing gaming content.
• One account per individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 33wwin. Registering a second or multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all such accounts being terminated and balances refunded.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under your local laws.
• Non-internal staff: 33wwin employees, their immediate family members and individuals directly involved in platform operations are not permitted to play using personal accounts.

3Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

All new members are required to complete the registration process by providing truthful and accurate information. The identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) is part of 33wwin's commitment to security and regulatory compliance.

Documents that may be required for account verification include:

• A valid copy of identity card or passport;
• Proof of current residence (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• Proof of payment method (for transaction verification if required).

33wwin reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension until the KYC process is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

33wwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via supported local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. 33wwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests will be cancelled if it is found that deposited funds have not completed the required wagering process (in the case of bonus deposits).

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

33wwin offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms as stated on the relevant promotions page. However, the following general rules apply to all promotions:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The required wagering ratio is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus validity period: Unused bonuses or unfulfilled requirements within the specified period will expire automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: Generally, only one active bonus is permitted at any one time unless otherwise stated.
• Game contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Betting limits while a bonus is active: A maximum betting limit applies while a bonus is active. Betting beyond this limit may result in the bonus and any associated wins being voided.

• Collusion between two or more accounts to gain an unfair advantage (chip dumping and the like);

7Member Conduct & Community Rules

33wwin is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful gaming environment. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other players, support staff, and the platform as a whole.

Unacceptable conduct includes:

• Use of abusive, racist or offensive language in the chat function or when communicating with customer support;
• Threats, harassment, or any form of violence directed at staff or other players;
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 33wwin platform;
• Attempts to hack, breach or disrupt platform operations.

33wwin reserves the right to take appropriate action against any member who violates these community guidelines, including formal warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by member: You may close your account at any time by contacting 33wwin customer support. Before closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as any remaining balance may be unrecoverable once the account is closed.

Closure by 33wwin: 33wwin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Inaccurate or incomplete registration information;
• Refusal to provide requested KYC documents;
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, 33wwin reserves the right to withhold the account balance while conducting an internal investigation.

9Limitation of Liability

33wwin provides an entertainment platform built to high technical standards; however, like all technology platforms, unexpected technical disruptions may occur from time to time. Below is our position on liability:

• 33wwin is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end;
• 33wwin is not liable for the actions of third parties such as payment providers or game providers that are outside the platform's direct control;
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, 33wwin will conduct an investigation and the decision reached shall be final;
• 33wwin's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in question within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10Term Amendments & Applicable Law

33wwin reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant amendments, we will notify members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 33wwin platform after an amendment notification is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 33wwin operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
